A comfortable, fully self-contained one-bedroom downstairs unit in a great coastal spot in Waitara. The unit has a generously sized bedroom and living area, its own kitchen, bathroom and shower, and is completely separate from the upstairs living space — there are no shared rooms or internal access between the two. One of the best things about the property is the location. There are sea views, a lovely established garden and direct access down to the beach. The new coastal walkway runs right beside the property and is nearly complete, making it easy to head out for a walk or bike ride along the coast. Cafes, the river and central Waitara are also just a short walk away. It’s a particularly nice spot in the evenings, with some beautiful sunsets over the coast. There are two adults living in the separate upstairs unit and no children. While the overall property and outdoor area are shared, the downstairs apartment itself is private and fully self-contained, with its own access. A relaxed little place that would suit someone looking for their own space while still being close to the beach, walks, cafes and town.
