At 130m², with a section of approximately 800m², this is a big two-bedroom home with far more space than two bedrooms usually give you. It sits on Plateau Road in Te Mārua, the easternmost suburb of Upper Hutt and the last township on State Highway 2 before the Remutaka Range. Both bedrooms are doubles, and the kitchen and living area are open-plan and generous. The family bathroom has a bath and a shower, with a separate WC and separate laundry. A heat pump keeps the living area warm, and the home is offered semi-furnished — fridge, washing machine and sofa if you would like them.
