We’re looking for a female flatmate to join our flat in Milson, shared with two other female university students. We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. The room is available now and can fit a queen-size bed, with a wardrobe. The flat has a shared bathroom, heating/air conditioning, and a cat already living here. Rent is $225 per week, including utilities, with a $450 bond. If you’re interested or would like more photos and information, feel free to message me!
