A charming and private two-bedroom art deco property in central Hastings. Enjoy everything Hawkes Bay has to offer -- wineries, concert weekends, the art deco festival, sports events, the spring horse racing carnival -- from The Snug, a perfect place for a romantic or family retreat. We've owned this property for 25 years and have enjoyed transforming it into something a bit special. Polished wooden floors, quality furnishings and bedding. Satellite television. Free ultra-fast broadband. Modernised kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Heat pump. New ventilation system. Features private courtyard where you can fire up the barbecue and dine under a canopy of vines. The Snug is just a short walk from an emerging part of town with a quirky night spot called The Common Room, a French patisserie, a chocolate maker, an Italian restaurant, a gin distillery and much more. There's also a movie theatre and a gym. The property is also available for short or medium-term rental to the right tenants. This could suit companies looking for accommodation for staff.
