If you are thinking about building your dream home then this 2.21 ha (5.47acres) level site with fantastic views across farmland to the Alps will excite your senses. The sunsets and snow clad mountains are a real delight. There is a water tank on site, power to Dominion Road frontage and external shelter belt and fencing in place. Ewes and lambs have been busy grazing the paddock however you could easily fence this big area into smaller lots if you have a variety of animals to cater for. So, whether you are considering a tiny home, a mansion or just want to build sheds for storage or work this property is a must to walk over with me. Handy to Timaru and Temuka.
