Nelson
What a stunning character home right in the heart of Nelson! This is a home where you will enjoy all the benefits that come with living centrally. You won't know yourself being within walking distance of everything you will need. Originally constructed in the early 1900's, this home has been beautifully renovated over the years, yet there is plenty of scope for further improvements should you feel the urge. This charming residence features everything you'd expect of a home in this era with natural wood floors, high ceilings, and decorated in warm and neutral colours. Two large separate living areas along with a bathroom are located on the ground level, and the kitchen/dining area is located at the Eastern end of the home with bi-fold windows opening out to the private entertaining area with courtyard style garden. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, large family bathroom, and sunroom which connects to two of the bedrooms on the Northern side of the home. The warmth upstairs is lovely, and the views from every room will satisfy the needs of those wanting an outlook. The car-space off the street is very convenient if required, or maybe just bring your scooter or e-bike with everything here at your fingertips. Whether it's taking a stroll through Queen's Gardens located across the road or wandering down the road for a coffee or pint, this location and offering certainly will not disappoint. Our owners are on the move, and want a result! A LIM Report is available for interested parties. Call Matt or Kirstie for more information!
