New Plymouth
Expansive sea, street and city views from this sheltered cul-de-sac North-facing home. Something to see every minute of the day and night. Close to everything, day-care, primary, Boy's and Girls' High, the new Community Hub and WITT; short walk downtown to supermarkets and a wide range of eateries. Close to Fort Niger (Wharepapa) reserve and Te Henui walkway - RARE EARTH indeed. This property is about where it is - LOCATION PLUS. A meticulously presented home of solid construction of brick and high quality tinted double glazing. Spacious living, plenty of elbow room. There's an additional advantage for property improvements, as or when time allows as you stamp your authority on this rare opportunity. Inner City parking is sometimes problematic, but there's enough off-street parking for three cars; two on the large, paved area at the back door, and one in the large single garage workshop with its high-lift door. Glutinous storage, a place for most things without damaging them. Bikes, sports gear, boards - no problem. Gardens are easy care.
